A Fossil-Less Future

We generate renewable energy across many of our townships by using solar power as our energy source. With mindful consideration, our solar panels are installed at the highest rooftops of our township which allows us to maximise output efficiency. In place of conventional electricity, our switch to solar energy enables us to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions and promote energy conservation.

Our townships also incorporates a solar water heating system in many of our low-rise residential developments which enables us to convert solar heat into heated water through a solar thermal collector. This system enhances our energy performance and decarbonises our developments.

To further strengthen our commitment to the environment, we have undertaken an important step to augment the concept of sustainable transportation in our townships. At Desa ParkCity, we have established a dedicated parking station for electric vehicle charging. This encourages our residents to lead a greener and more sustainable lifestyle.
