A mixed-use project comprising residential and commercial elements is slated to be launched in the fourth quarter of 2022. Meanwhile, construction on the widely anticipated communal Central Park & Lake has commenced with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2023. It will include exciting features such as the Arboretum, Flower Garden, The Field, The Playground, Amphitheatre, Scenic Walk, Bridge, as well as waterscapes like the Signature Lake, Lotus Pond and The Stream.

A date to remember!

It’s moving-in time at Park Kiara! Having worked around the clock to achieve top quality and timely handover, the township recently handed the keys to the eager and excited owners of its first residential condominium.

Since opening its doors in 2019, enrolment at the International School @ ParkCity Hanoi (ISPH) has more than tripled, with the growth of the school community increasing each academic year, even confounding the challenges of the unprecedented global pandemic. After three highly successful years, the repertoire of ISPH has grown along with its student intake.

To begin with, ISPH has added even more subjects to its broad and balanced UK curriculum, including Mandarin language and Computer Science. Other new features have also been introduced such as the refurbished multi-purpose hall, outdoor garden classroom for environmental studies, adventure playground for young students and extra learning spaces for IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) students.

Furthermore, in keeping with ISPH’s progressive approach to education and uncompromising emphasis on its students’ well-being, the school has also appointed a highly experienced counsellor to support its students’ individual social and emotional needs, and to promote the mental health of the wider school community.
